Massage Method for Spread Out Breast
Use your thumb to gather your around the nipples.
Sweep the fat up from the upper breasts stomach to the lower breasts. Swipe up as if you are drawing a circle around your breast. Then sweep up the conception vessel, the central radial vein, in the front of your body from the pit of the stomach to the decollate.
Raise one arm to the side, use the other hand to sweep from the elbow to the upper chest, then massage around the breast in a circle.
Repeat the sweeping up motion from the ribs to the breasts 10 times.
Massage Method for Sagging Breast
Use the palm to stroke the decollate and the whole breasts. Then sweep up the breasts and massage in a circle.
Massage your armpits in a circle with your palm then pull your entire breast toward the nipples.
Push down the decollete and the area with your palm, then sweep from the decollete to your armpits with your palm.
Swipe down from the center of the decollete to the center of the chest with both hands, and following the breast line, pull up the breasts in a circle.
